I’ve dealt forever
with a HAte I’ve claimed for mine
I often wonder
if I have shared the poison wine

HAve I mde lost souls of the brotherly?
HAve I eased my burdens on the backs of family?

I’ve lived so long a lie
the truth is hidden from me
for years I’m questioning why?
my blood has done this to me

So easy it is to deny
when we drown in sleep
but we will no longer cry
we shall no longer weep

shower in sin to hide my shame;
beneath the level
I truly bathe in bloody pain
