Tremble in the breezes blowing
Cradled underneath a tree
Hiding away from the world
On a lone journey
Everyone can see the face
No one knows the mind
The desert rains are falling
Leaving the blood behind
Are these torn away?
All those melted dreams?
Green rivers of pain flying
Sail on joyful, echoed screams
Counting the days of summer
Following the path of the Sun
Smiling like there is no tomorrow
With everywhere to run
Way too much caffeine
And a whole lot of sleep
Remaining on the straight edge
As it will cut so deep
Nothing else is needed
To complete this life
There is harmony in all things
The winter sings the fife
